This project included work on a two-story building accommodating approximately 2,000 full and part-time students. The campus is located in Washington Township, NJ on 80 acres. The Main Building is a 55,000 sq. ft. structure with 4 modular classrooms consisting of another 3,000 sq. ft. The new building additions are adjacent to the Main Building. The Classroom Addition is a 19,000 sq. ft. two-story building. This new addition is brick construction and consists of classrooms laboratories. The Cafe/Student Lounge Addition is a 1,000 sq. ft. one story building. This addition expands the seating area of the existing cafe.

Robinson was later tasked by WCCC to manage the new Library Renovation. The new Library Building is a 5,000 sq. ft. structure and includes offices, classrooms, computer rooms, conference room, librarian reception area, hallways, and restrooms.

Robinson scope included monitoring daily construction services, constructability analysis of the design, review of cost estimates, preparation of monthly reports and preparation of meeting minutes. Review of shop drawings, contractor payments/verification, change order analysis and negotiation, scheduling and cost estimating services.
