The 329 Park Avenue Tenant Association, Inc. is in the beginning stages of restructuring one building, 38 residential unit complex located at 329 Park Avenue, East Orange, New Jersey.
Robinson provided professional engineering services including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Construction Administration Services. The work included preparation of building assessment reports including photos and recommendations and complete engineering design drawings for fire alarm system, lightings, wirings, panelboards, emergency generator, emergency and exit lighting, boilers, sprinkler system, HVAC, ducts, tamper switch, flow switch, piping, valves, security systems, and preparation of detailed construction cost estimates.
In addition, Robinson also provided construction administration including review and responding to RFI’s, shop drawings, punch lists and review of As-Built drawings.The building contains a utility room that is equipped with a natural gas fired boiler and hot water heater that are centralized systems for all of the residential units. Some residential units have window air conditioning units and each unit has electric appliances. There are separate electrical meters for each unit. A single main entryway exists and the building is serviced by an elevator. The residential structure was built in 1920’s.
