This project included construction management for the rehabilitation of seven-story, 250,000-square foot Jamaica
Station Air Train Transit Hub. The Hub connects the AirTrain serving JFK International Airport to the
Metropolitan Transit Authority’s subway, bus and regional rail service. It also houses administrative offices for the Metropolitan Transit Authority Police and the Long Island Railroad and has an entire floor devoted to a new central control facility for the LIRR’s adjacent Jamaica Station.

Robinson, as sub-consultant to Bechtel Corporation served as Construction Manager, the scope included monitoring daily construction services, construct ability analysis of the design, review of cost estimates, review of safety compliance, preparation, monitor and updating of detailed construction schedule.
