Scope: MEP engineering services for the Emerson Elementary School for offices, hallways, New-Emerson-Elementarygymnasium, classrooms, and playgrounds. The work included preparation of Electrical and Mechanical Design, pre-design study reports, addition of elevators, video surveillance systems, HVAC, chillers, cooling coil, boilers, fire protection, fire detection, panelboards, lighting fixtures, fire alarm systems, security and PA System, and CCTV Cameras. Preparation of Load Calculations, Cost Estimates, review of Shop Drawing reviews, and other related Construction Administration Services.
